Gap in GA from 1st scan to 2nd scan
Gap in GA from 1st scan to 2nd scan is not matching, seems it should be 7 weeks plus but it's 6 weeks plus with no heart beat.
Please confirm is it normal?
In my last ultrasount I was 5.2 weeks pregnant lmp, GA was 4.4 weeks with o.55cm, now on 19th June I was 8 weeks 5 days pregnant by lmp but with USG, GA was 6 week 2days with no cardiac activity but yolk sac seen, which is 0.38x0.36 cm, chorio decidual reaction is thin
Kindly confirm what to do
In the ongoing week, I sometimes feel little period like pain and back pain and upper abdomen pain like gas pain
Whenever there is gap or lag ,it means obstacle for growth
Even if there is gap but second sonography shows growth there is a good possibility
Thin choriodecidual reaction indicates poor blood supply to pregnancy
U need urgent blood investigations
2 serial beta hcg tests
N blood thinners like low molecular heparin
