What I suggest for parents and grandparents is 'shared responsibility ', a term coined by me, jokes apart, I mean to say, you try to stay awake in the first half of the night, then express your breast milk in a sterilized container and feed the baby with the help of another caregiver in the second part of the night. This would reduce your tiredness.

remember, if you remain stressed, milk production might decrease, ask for help and ensure atleast 2times night feeds.
