Hello I have taken a health checkup first time In my USG abdomen scan it shows I have PCOS as I already knew but the multiple calcullies in gallbladder largest 4.4mm is unknown Is there any possibility to dissolve it naturally or surgery is the only way

Surgery is only option. Go for laproscopic cholecystectomy.  Stne size is less so chance to slip in CBD that may cause serious condition.
