Symptoms of gall stone are pain in upper right quadrant of abdomen, bloating, fullness after meals...if you have had/having these symptoms then you are considered to be having symptomatic cholelithiasis.
Stomach ache could be caused due to gastritis, need to rule out that.
Asymptomatic cholelithiasis do not require surgery.
Only 20%of the patients with asymptomatic cholelithiasis will develop symptoms in 20 years.
Surgery can be deferred considering your age and risk factors.
