I have gallstone of measuring 14mm, without removing gallbladder can the stone be removed using laparoscopy or other means or can it be treated using medicines. Heard few peoples get cured by medication and only stone removal rather than gallbladder removal. Please advice the possibilities.

Hello....... If it's a small stone and single one in bile duct it can be removed by baskettinng.. But if it's large or multiple stones within gallbladder cholecystectomy is only way... You have gall stone in gall bladder so surgery , discuss about this with general surgeon...
