I have 8mm gall stone with squeezed gall bladder. No pain but have issue of sever gastritis on some days and then okay. Then again acidity and gastic from last two days Can I wait for laparoscopy or should go for it. As I hear the gas problem will be there even after the surgery.

You need and evaluation for acid peptic disease. Followed by this you may proceed to laparoscopic surgery.

Yes the acidity (or gas in your term) problem may be present even after surgery for GB stone. But the treatment of GB stone is surgery only and it will not get clear by medicine.
