Since there are multiple stones and even though the wall thickness is normal I would suggest you to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy. I understand that symptoms develop in rouhhly only 30% but if at all they develop they can be veru serious and rarely life threatening. So why wait till complications to happen. Also the surgery is very safe and simple with min pain and very fast recovery with practically no side effects for life time.

Are you having any symptoms? If having occasional pain better to undergo laparoscopy gall bladder removal surgery . If no symptoms can keep under observation. There is no medication to dissolve the stone. Only about 30% people with gallstones eventually develop symptoms.
