I have gallstones of 13mm and multiple and proposed surgery by doctor is anything liver problems happened after gallbladder surgery like live fibrohosis cancer, etc bowel problems pls tell me

You should get operated. After the surgery, the gallbladder is sent for histopathology/biopsy. It's report would tell you if it had any serious issues and that can be accordingly dealt with. The surgery itself isn't going to give you any new disease. Most of the surgeries are uneventful but of course there are few known complications which can happen but the chances are little. You can land up in more problems by avoiding surgery than going for it.
