Gall bladder stone and CBD dilated

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Gall bladder is contracted. Two calculi are seen in GB lumen measuring approx. 7.9mm and 8.4 mm. Common bile duct is mildly dilated, measures 8.4 mm. Taking bile fix morning and night after meals. Surgerys are almost closed due to Covid. Pls advice what to do?
