Gall bladder stone pains usually originate around right upper side of your abdomen and can radiate to a overall abdominal distension or diffuse pain and most commonly radiates to your right shoulder. Do you have any fever, nausea , vomiting, Diarrhea, itching? These are other symptoms that could be related to an acute event related to a gall bladder stone. Get a consultation with a Gastroentrologist at the earliest. Watch out for RED FLAG SIGNS:
Severe pain not subsiding with painkillers
Incontractable vomitings
Diffuse abdominal pain
Fever with chills
Loss of appetite
If you develop any of these symptoms then rush to the emergency room
Follow a low fat diet with lots of fluids for now , in case of unbearable pain you can take an over the counter painkiller like buscopan .
