Gall Bladder detected and pain

PFA the scan report. I had delivery of baby boy 5-month ago with C-section. From past 2-3 months had a pain in stomach and blood in stool. Checked with some doctors(gynacologist) and they said it can be due to the delivery and will stop after some times, took some prescribed medicine but didn't work. Now getting more pain and some times gastric in upper stomach.

Pl.consult ur. Family physician ,who may advise u for usg of abdomen ,pelvis,if reports are ok ,then further tests like colonoscopy,maybe needed for diagnosis.should not ignore .
