Gallbladder polyps are very common and usually benign — especially if they are small (less than 1 cm). They cannot be 'reversed' naturally, but small polyps rarely cause problems and don't need surgery. The main risk is if a polyp is larger than 1 cm, grows rapidly, or is associated with gallstones — then surgery is considered.

Small polyps less than 1cms usually doesn't carry any risks...so no need to worry....just get USG done annually to check for the size and concurrent gall bladder stones. It's irreversible process but right now it's not a concern. Just regular surveillance is the key.
