Hello, I recently did ultrasound of my abdomen and in gal bladder there's evidence of multiple calculi in the lumen largest measuring 4mm, is there any issue? I haven't faced any kind of pain , do I still need surgery? Also I have Grade 1 fatty lever , is this serious?
