How long one can stay on gabapentin for idiopathic RLS? Is there any side-effects in long run? Is it safe to take it for years?

Gabapentine is an anti convulsant and has low side effects profile. If you are on low dosage like less than three hundred mg a day. You can take it for long term. Many years.
