G4 BPH- how if treated with Greenlight

Dear sir, i am grade IV BPH experiencing excess of urination at night time and in day as well but there is no pain. I have previously consulted doctor and attached reports as well for G4 BPH. kindly check and advise for the treatment plan and if green light laser is useful in treatment? Appreciate your prompt response. Thanks
