Fungus patch on the right shoulder skin

There's a patch on my skin on right side of my shoulder and it's there since last 3-4 months. It's only in that portion and looks like a fungus. I get this every monsoon which stays till monsoon and they automatically gets off but this time its not the case. Please suggest some good and quick medicine.
