White Fungs in foot nail for the last about one-year.it is Black appearance now. Please advise treatment

Fungal infection of nails should be confirmed with a qualified dermatologist nearby. Do not take any medication at the age of 75 because oral antifungal should be taken only when diagnosis is confirmed. In the mean time you can apply antifungal creams or lotions as adviced by doctor.
