Antifungal  oral medication  will also  be required and for a prolonged time. Do get checked by a dermatologist

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  What efforts have you put in for it to cure? If you have been using over the counter creams then that could be one reason as most over the counter creams contain steroids which just makes the matters worse nothing else.
