I have severe fungal infection on face I have sent my photo it is like dead skin cells The photo is down

Greetings. I saw the attachment, but the picture quality is not good enough to appreciate the fungal borders. Only pustules are evident in the picture, suggesting folliculitis. antibacterial creams twice daily for a week would suffice.
