Fungal infection
It's on the back of my knee and on crural. It's appear like a pimple than it's break skin . And after that its leave dark mark . First it was only on back of knee than it expand to crural of same leg. And now it also seen on other leg back of knee.
Doesn't seem like fungal infection from your description m it seems like eczema. It is not advisable to prescribe without examining the patient.
