Fungal infection in toe nails

Hi Doctor, Its been 5?years that i hurted my toe nails sue to which they seemed to catch the fungal infection. I went for nail surgery after which doc. Said new /fresh nails would come up . Its been 3 yeara now new nail has not come up fully and the same has also caught fungal infection.Due to which i feel pain in my toe nails. Pls suggest

Need to see it's fungal infection or due to injury to nail..Since Medicine given is long term..,.. Please send photos  of the affected part for accurate diagnosis,  detailed information regarding disease and prescription for medicine.
