I had used soap while bathing to wash my penis inside out and since then there is constant redness itichig and discomfort under my foreskin.

Hi Soap can cause chemical irritation to the foreskin and usually I recommend only plain water. Please see an urologist to make sure it is nothing more serious and steroid creams might help settle the infection.
