Hello doc, I want ask that i am feeling fullness in my right side below chest to lower abdomen constantly after eating and a dull pain what is the real reason

Hi, right side of abdominal discomfort generally happens due to problem in liver/ gall stone or gastritis and rarely due to infection in right part of colon . Kindly get a ultrasound of abdomen to rule out liver and biliary cause.
