From the past one week i had cold, full body pain, shoulder pain and cheek pain not yet cured, i tried many medicine but not yet cured i kindly request you to give best medicine to cure at the earliest and give best result.

Looks like you are suffering from viral flu. There is no best medicine for viral infection it's just that you take paracetamol for fever and lots of liquids to improve hydration and soups intake.
