I am suffering from IBS from last 2 years and i am trying cure it not by medicines but by improving my bad habits and stress management. But i have a doubt regarding my heart . It starts beating very fast sometimes(twice orr thrice a month) Mostly at night . I should go for full body check up orr not ?
