Frrquent Headache

I am suffering from frequent headaches. I will have severe headache at least twice a week. At times, it will be only on one side of the head and at times, it will be on entire head and forehead area. I felt, whenever I am little stressed or I feel constipated or I lack sleep, I will get headache. please suggest a cure.

Hello... Well its probably because of tension headache...I suggest you to contact a physician
