What are the chances of two frozen blastocyst 4AA transfer... pregnancy is possible with this , Plz suggest. Twin possibility in this ?

4AA blastocyst is an excellent grade. A very good possibility of pregnancy if the endometrium is good . Possible to get twin pregnancy also
