Fresh blood after stool

For last 10 days I am having fresh blood (more than 200 drops) after every stool, even if the stool is soft. No pain or burning sensation. I have already used Dobesil capsules (3 caps a day) for last five days, but not much relief. Doctor has prescribed Hilo capsule (2 caps early morning) for 14 days. Is the line of treatment OK? please advise.
