Frequenturination,mildly enlarged kidney

My age is 26. I have frequent urination problem and slightly pain in left kidney from 6 months.  This is caused due to I was holding the urine for long time and drinking too much water, My urine test report is normal, there is no stone and bacteria. And USG shows right kidney and liver is mildly enlarged. USG abdomen report --- Right kidney size- 9.8 cms Left kidney size - 11.2 cms Liver - 16.6 cm Few non-specific lymph nodes in right iliac fossa bigger measuring 12x5 mm. Blood test --- Glomerular filtration Rate - 119 ml/min/1.73m2 Creatinine serum - 0.87 mg/dl Uric acid - 5.6 mg/dl Calcium - 10.17 mg/dl Blood urea nitrogen (BUN)- 6.3 mg/dl BUN / SERUM CREATININE RATIO - 7.24 Albumin serum - 5 gm/dl Is there anything serious, what to do please tell me.

Make a voiding diary with strict recording of intake of fluids and urine volume voided. Consult a urologist with three consecutive days diary
