Frequently suffering with headache

Hello doctor I am working in a private company and due to some work pressure and some other financial problems I am suffering with headache. In a week I suffer 5 days with headache. Every time I need to take tablet (Dart) otherwise it will not be under control. Pls suggest solution for this. If any further information required pls ask. I need a solution for this.
