I am suffering from frequent cold, continous sneezing, running nose for more than 5 yrs. because of this i am getting tired very soon. If i take tablets like cetrizen/okacet cold i will get relief for few days. Feeling very allergic to dust or pollen grains. When i travel to abroad, i dont have this problem. I am taking furamist nasal spray suggested by one ENT. But still taking without prescription. Can i keep using this nasal spray? Is there any harm?

This is allergic rhinitis. Take Lezyncet-M/Odimont LC 1 tab OD BF x 3m, Nasomac AF/Duonase Nasal Spary 2puff BD both nose x 3 months, Use 3M N95 Mask available in Amazon.in 150-200/10pc when u are outside home. Nasal spray can be used for lifetime (>30yrs) without any side effect.
