Frequently burping, gas release and ches

Hi Doctors Please note that for the past 1 week I'm getting frequent burping,gas release and chest discomfort and pinching pain in my chest. Is this related to gastric or heart pain I'm so scared of it. Please advise

It's due to gastritis,  take medications for the same.. along with dietary and lifestyle modifications
