From past 2 to 3 months..frequently  I am getting cold, sneezing, then coughing Do you recommend any test for understanding if any issue or deficiency.

Good evening! The above mentioned symptoms are suggestive of allergic rhinitis There can be coexisting bronchial asthma

If symptomatic at present Kindly take T.Montair lc 0-0-1 Saline nasal drops 2-2-2-2-2 for 15 days This condition doesnt have a cure but can be prevented with precautions

Steam inhalation twice daily Wear mask while going out Avoid dust exposure If any food allergy kindly stop having it! Kindly visit nearby ENT Surgeon after symptoms settle for further examination!
