I am getting UTIs quite frequently, but it is only when my partner ejaculates inside of me. When we have sex and he does not, there is no UTI. What would cause this?

It must be recurrent Vaginal infection causing recurrent uti. Your partner also needs treatment. Soak  Coriander and cumin seeds in water overnight and drink only water(lukewarm) in morning.
