For the last 3 days I have been feeling frequent urination between 12 pm to 4 pm in a day only after going to the toilet I frequently feel that again I want to go to the toilet and start feeling wet near my penis area once I don't drink water for long I don't go to washroom for long time may be 6 hr and in night it's normal. Sometime I feel that I will be unable to stop and it will leak. Can I know what is it ??
What you are experiencing is urgency along with urge incontinence. Uti needs to be ruled out amongst other things as well. Get a urine routine microscopy, urine culture and sensitivity,cbc, kft usg abdomen pelvis postvoid residual urine and a uroflowmetry to start with along with a detailed history and physical examination
