Frequent urine and lower  abdominal pain

From yesterday I have frequent urination and went for urine examination which is attached.one month back I did urine culture which came negative. Now I am feeling lower abdomen pain and frequent urination.lower abdomen and lower back is there from days.serum creatinineelectrolytes are under limits one month back. Please suggest
