Plenty of fluids throughout the day
Maintain hygiene
Maintain Hydration
Avoid tight clothing jeans
Wear loose garments
Avoid secnted personal care products
Avoid soaps to clean vaginal area
Use running water/vwash to clean vaginal area
Avoid vaginal douche
Use jet spray from front to back and not vice versa
