My father is a senior citizen diabetic, and has frequent urge to pee. However, he doesn't urinate but has the feeling to pee . His sugar levels are normal. Please advise what tests need to be done and which doctor should be consulted ?

His problems are related to prostate enlargement. Please do urine analysis, USG KUB with PVR (residual urine volume) and Uroflowmetry. Consult a urologist with these reports.
