My baby is 6.5 months old and he is on solids and formula milk ,couldn't give breast milk due to my health issue and is urinating about 15 times a day ,but he actively plays, sleeps well and feeds well is this normal .Thank you

This sounds normal ..yet it is necessary to  know his current weight with respect to his birth weight .
