Get clinical physical examination done by a urologist.for investigational work up,urine examination routine and microscopic along with the ultrasonography of the abdomen especially for the KUB region and post void residual urine is advised as preliminary examination. Special investigation like uroflowmery, cystourethroscopy, urodynamic study may be required depending on findings of clinical examination done & preliminary investigation to reach a definitive diagnosis.treatment as per diagnosis made.
