I m having frequent urination in the day and nights. Urine is clear and non smelling. Can't sleep properly as every hour go to wash

Have a urine examination routine and microscopic done along with a voiding diary that includes details of all liquid intake volume with time along with details of all voided urine volume measurement with time Consult a urologist with details. Meanwhile,flavoxate 200 mg thrice daily may give some relief
