I am 38 years male. I have a problem of urinating frequently. At night I urinate at least twice. I face this problem only in winters. My blood sugar and insulin levels are always in normal range. I workout and I dont smoke or drink. I have noticed that I face this issue even after eating banana. Due to this problem I am drinking less water. Sometimes I feel the urge to urinate immidiately after urinating. Can this be cured?
