Frequent urination for over one month

I have been suffering from frequent urination from over one month with mild pains in between in the testicles. I have completed 7 days course of antibiotics and my urine, Urine culture and ultrasound reports were perfectly fine. But still this problem is still there, I feel better for a day or two and then again this condition arises. Need help, Not sure what is the problem with me. I am 28 years old male
