Hi.My question is how long does it take for alfoo to improve symptoms it's been 5 days and i can hardly feel any improvement ? I'm having problem with frequent urination (8-10 times in a day) and my stream is also weak Q max 10ml/s in uroflowmetry. I have undergone all the test KFT CBC LFT,Hb1ac, urine culture and routine USG pvr ( Residual urine was 20ml) abdomen X-ray and even RGU to check for strictures. Except uroflowmetry all my test came out normal. Doctor has prescribed me alfoo 10mg for a month and has asked me to see him after that with uroflowmetry and urine r/m report.
