Frequent urination and urgency

I had begun frequent urination since 14th June, all the tests were done and all reports of urine culture, ultrasound and urodynamics were normal. I'm on Bladmir50 and everything was fine having four tablets of it my frequency and urgency totally vanished. I have vit D deficit.. Is there a link between my vit D deficiency and frequent urination?
