I am suffering from occasional frequent urination and incomplete urination.I am also having from premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction from few months.I am not getting erection at night. I got diagnosed and got urine culture and ultrasound which include KDB and PVR. My urine culture shows mixed growth of the two bacteria or microorganisms and colony count is more than 1,00000 which indicate infection and my urinary bladder shows thicken wall. But my prostate is normal.Two years back i was diagnosed with prostatitis due to frequent urination. Please suggest medical advice for the cause of this illness and cure from the root cause.
