Since last 3 months I'm having urge to frequent throat cleaning and some mucus comes out when I clean my throat, how can I get read of it?

Spend some money on some Vicks choclates. Keep them with u and  take then whenever u have the urge .. I think that will be helpful...

Don't overdo this , a little mucus moisten the throat,which is healthy Drink plenty of lukewarm water with lemon
