I have a low hemoglobin count of 10. 3 yeard back i had a similar problem and it was very low as 6.5. Then we did various test like colonoscopy to find the cause. But could not find reason. Then i took.medicine to and diets to increaae it to 13. I was constantly measuring it.But now i seeing very low hemoglobin count again as 10. Plz advice..

If you don't have any active source of bleeding then just take iron suppliments which will increase iron content and help increase Heamoglobin. Usually we guve blood when it is below 5-6. Take cap. Orofer XT 1 capsule daily for atleast 2-3 months.
