Hello there I think according to your symptoms you might be having Irritable bowel disease . Where you pass Frequent small amount of stools with a sensation of incomplete evacuation of stools. Which in some individuals causes episodes of diarrhoea or constipation or sometimes there is alteration of both . It usually exaggetes in times of stressful conditions. How ever a futher clinical examination is required to rule out the other causes for sensation of  incomplete evacuation of stools.
