Hello, I am experiencing frequent choking and gasping for breath during sleep, it's my 5th time I experienced this so far. Can you please advise me on the next steps I should take to get a proper diagnosis and treatment for this condition? Additionally, could you please let me know if there are any lifestyle changes I could make to improve my symptoms in the meantime? Thank you for your help.
